技術說明

本發明提供一種人物照片搜尋系統，係透過使用者裝置（如觸控面板、電腦）之畫布互動介面來搜尋人物照片，首先，使用者於該畫布互動介面之搜尋畫布區進行欲搜尋照片的構圖以產生搜尋語意，並將搜尋語意傳送至照片搜尋伺服器，接著，由照片搜尋伺服器依據該搜尋語意至人物照片資料庫內取得相符合的候選照片，再依候選照片關聯性高低產生排序，最後，將已排序之候選照片回傳至使用者裝置。本發明之人物照片搜尋系統僅需使用者編輯及設定欲搜尋照片中人物的位置、大小及屬性即可找出可能的候選照片，無需任何文字輸入即可進行，實為一種直覺且簡易的照片搜尋方式。 The present invention provides a human photo search system, users can search photo by canvas interactive interface of the human photo search system in a user device (such as a touch panel or a computer). First, the users compose desired photo on the search canvas in the canvas interactive interface to generate search semantics, and then send the search semantics to a photo search server. The photo search server is enabled to search candidate photos correspond to the search semantic from a human photo database, and to sort the candidate photos according to a relevance ranking. Finally, the sorted candidate photos are sent to the user device by the photo search server. Accordingly, the human photo search system of the present invention can provide a function to search possible candidate photo by the location, size and attributes of the humans in the desired photos which are edited or set by the users without any texts or tags.
