技術說明

一種電池模組，其包括離子交換膜、第一電極、第二電極、第一集電板和第二集電板。第一電極和第二電極設置於離子交換膜之兩側，其中第一電極中設置一感測元件，且第一電極包括一絕緣邊框。第一集電板位於第一電極之一側及第二集電板位於第二電極之一側。藉此，可依據感測元件所感測之數據得到電池內部之狀態，此外，藉由第一電極之絕緣邊框，本發明電池模組之電極經由管路和電池模組之其他單元造成短路的現象大為減少。 現有技術並未於電池之電極內設置感測器，且沒有於電極製作絕緣邊框，本案於液流電池或燃料電池製造之過程中即將感測元件製作在電極內，後續再將電池密封，如此一來，即可依據感測元件所感測之數據得到電池內部使用狀態。且本案一實施例於液流電池或燃料電池之電極製作絕緣邊框，使得穿過電極之管路藉由絕緣邊框與電極之中心部絕緣，藉此，本發明電池之電極和液流電池之其他部位造成短路的現象將大為減少，藉以改善電池短路的相關問題。 A cell module is disclosed, comprising an ion exchange film, a first electrode, a second electrode, a first current collector and a second current collector. The first electrode and the second electrode are disposed on opposite sides of the ion exchange film, wherein a sensing device is disposed in the first electrode, and the first electrode comprises an insulating frame. The first current collector is at a side of the first electrode, and the second current collector is at a side of the second electrode. Therefore, the state inside the cell can be sensed by the sensing data from the sensing device. Furthermore, according to the insulating frame of the first electrode, the short issues from the electrode to other elements of the cell can be significantly reduced.
