本發明提供一種自動化體外細胞培養平台,包含一流體儲存裝置、一流道控制面板、一細胞培養晶片以及一流體驅動單元。流體儲存裝置包含一第一流體儲存單元及一第二流體儲存單元。流道控制面板管路連接流體儲存裝置。細胞培養晶片設置於流道控制面板上並管路連接流道控制面板。流體驅動單元管路連接流道控制面板。藉此,本發明之自動化體外細胞培養平台可透過流體驅動單元驅動細胞培養液自動地進行傳輸,可免去人工更換細胞培養液的步驟,並可進一步提升細胞培養的安全性、效率及穩定性。 The present disclosure provides an automatic in vitro cell culture platform including a fluid storing device, a channel control panel, a cell culture wafer and a fluid driving unit. The fluid storing device includes a first fluid storing unit and a second fluid storing unit. The channel control panel is pipe-connected to the fluid storing tank. The cell culture wafer is disposed on the channel control panel and pipe-connected to the channel control panel. The fluid driving unit is pipe-connected to the channel control panel. Therefore, the automatic in vitro cell culture platform of the present disclosure can automatically transport the cell culture medium by the fluid driving unit, so that the step of replacing the cell culture medium manually can be eliminated, and the safety, the efficiency and the stability of the cell culture can be further enhanced.
