技術說明

本發明是篩選微生物，這微生物可以分解食用油的微生物來製造生物可分解高分子的技術。此菌株經鑑定是Pseudomona splecoglossicida微生物。醱酵合成過程包括(a)提供一些碳源與氮源並與水混合後形成營養源，(b)此時將微生物培養於此增殖進行發酵，(c)加入餽料，(d)取出發酵後之菌體進行聚酯之萃取。可應用的範圍包含: 1.特用化學品；2.環保應用材料；3.農業用材料4.食品及包裝材料5.運動器材上以及6.醫療藥物應用等範圍上。 The present invention is screening microorganisms and the microorganisms can be degraded cooking oil to produce biodegradable polymer.
