技術說明

本發明係關於一種具高氣體分離係數之氣體分離膜及其製造方法，其中，該具有高氣體分離係數之氣體分離膜係由至少一具有至少一共軛鏈段與至少一雙胺基化合物的苯胺寡聚體與至少一芳香族之四梭酸二酐在一飛質子型極性溶劑之中，並經過縮和反應、聚合反應與脫水反應環化反應而成的一聚亞醯胺薄膜；並且，該聚亞醯胺薄膜係具有高氣體穿透、高氣體選擇比、高機械強度、與高熱穩定性之特性，並簡單地利用該具有高氣體分離係數之氣體分離膜之製造方法而製成。 The present invention relates to a gas separation membrane with high gas separation coeffient and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the gas separation membrance with high gas separation coefficient is a polyimide film made by way of dissolving at least one aniline oligomer having at least one conjugated chain and at least one diamine compound and at least one aromatic dianhydride in an non-protonic polar solvent and undertaking the polymerization, the Condensation reation and dehydration reaction; The polyimide film has high gas permeability, high gas selectivity, high mechanical strength, and high thermal stability; moreover, by the manufacturing mehtod, the gas separation membrance with high gas separaion coefficient can easily be fabricated.
