本發明為一種震盪流輔助濕蝕刻的金屬構造形成方法及裝置。其方法上的步驟包括提供一金 屬基板，使用一蝕刻液對該金屬基板進行蝕刻，以及在蝕刻的過程中，提供一震盪源在該蝕 刻液中製造一震盪波。 An auxiliary method for wet etchig on a metal by shaking flow modification and an apparatus for the same is provided. Thesteps of the method include providing a metal substrate,etching on the metal substrate by an etchant,and providing a shaking source to make a shaking fluid flow in wet etching process.
