The application provides a calculation system for linking the effectiveness of plasticizers and metabolic diseases. The calculation system includes an operating interface, a database and a processor. By counting-based distribution calculations, the calculation results of different small molecule ribonucleic acid target prediction methods and the small molecule ribonucleic acid target calculation target in the plasticizer module can be used to obtain the associated values of the plasticizer to metabolic diseases, providing the interaction and relationship between plasticizers and metabolic diseases to the related industries and academia.
