蔗渣空氣過濾器及其製備方法

因此本研究旨在利用廢棄蔗渣製作出一種可以淨化空氣的鼻塞式過濾器。本研究利用無廢酸法將蔗渣水解成奈米纖維素(Nanocellulose, NC)懸浮液,再將其與幾丁聚醣/聚環氧乙烷(Chitosan/Polyethylene oxide, CS/PEO)混合後以靜電抽絲技術製作成能過濾PM2.5的網狀奈米纖維膜。結合3D列印所製作出的鼻塞式空氣過濾器外殼,再將奈米纖維網膜夾附其中,組合成鼻塞式空氣過濾器。經過測試證實此裝置確實能有效過濾空氣中的懸浮微粒。本研究利用農業殘餘物製作成鼻塞式空氣過濾器,除了能夠保障呼吸道敏感性族群的身體健康、減少廢棄蔗渣不當處理所帶來的環境衝擊外,亦能提高農業殘餘物循環再利用的價值。 Therefore, the purpose of this study is to use waste bagasse to create a nasal plug filter that can purify the air. Bagasse is hydrolyzed into nanocellulose (NC) suspension after a free waste-acid treatment first, then blended with chitosan/polyethylene oxide (CS/ PEO). A nanofiber mesh that can filter PM2.5 is fabricated by an electrostatic spinning technology. A nasal plug-type air filter device is assembled by a 3D printed nasal plug air filter shell with a nanofiber mesh. Experimental testing confirmed that the nasal plug type air filter device can indeed effectively filter suspended particulates in the air. In this study, agricultural residues were reused to made a nasal plug-type air filter which can not only protect the health of respiratory sensitive people, but also can reduce the environmental impact caused by improper treatment of the waste bagasse, and improve the recycling value of agricultural residues.
