技術說明

濕式輕隔間牆在台灣的建築工程使用上日漸普遍,但從台灣近幾年的震害經驗顯示,在中小型地震時,濕式輕隔間牆這類非結構牆以及內埋牆體內的水管卻已遭受破壞,而造成不小的損失。 從試驗中觀察到台灣現地工法的濕式輕隔間牆在地震過後主要破壞行為可分為構件與板材兩部分。由實驗結果可知,現地工法的濕式輕隔間牆試體在一開始的層間變位角0.005,已經參與到結構體的變形。主要行為在層間變位角0.008時發生牆體旋轉,產生U型下座板的破壞,所以到後來的大層間變位角0.03時有面外倒塌的情形,威脅到使用者生命安全;且預埋在其內部的水管在層間變位角0.02時遭剪斷,造成空間機能使用上的困難。針對現地牆體破壞情形乃提出改良式試體,試驗結果觀察到可以有效的讓牆體在層間變位角0.005時不參與到結構體的變形。牆體力學行為由完全的轉動變為輕微轉動,大部分變為滑移,所以沒有發生下座板的破壞,在大層間變位角0.049時沒有面外倒塌的可能性;而預埋的水管在經過防火陶瓷纖維棉的包覆,讓水管破壞往後延遲到層間變位角0.03之後。 The mortar-filled partition walls (MFP) are vulnerable in moderate earthquakes regardless of the building structures remained undamaged. Experimental results revealed that MFP specimens deformed significantly as soon as the initial story-drift had reached 0.005. At the story-drift level of 0.008, the MFP specimen rotated and it led to the damage of the U runner in the bottom. With the story-drift increased to 0.03, the MFP specimen tended to fall in the out-of-plane direction, threatening the life safety of the occupants. The retrofit details significantly improved the behavior of the specimen because they made the wall sliding rather than rotating at the story-drift level under 0.005. The sliding delayed the deformation of the wall. As a result, at the story-drift level of 0.049, the out-of-plane collapse due to damage of the bottom U runner had been prevented. Also, the water piping wrapped by the CERAMICS FIBER remained undamaged and functional until the story-drift reached 0.03.
