摺疊型微流晶片及其製法與應用

本發明係為一種摺疊型微流晶片的製法,係包括利用微切削機於基板上切削出一圖案以作為母膜,並提供一聚二甲基矽氧烷(polydimethylsiloxane,PDMS)溶液塗佈於該母模上而得到塗佈有PDMS溶液之母膜,經過加熱使母膜上形成固化之PDMS薄膜,將該PDMS薄膜脫膜後,該PDMS薄膜的底面形成相對應於該母膜的該圖案,再提供一鍍金基板並與該PDMS薄膜進行表面改質,將表面改質後的鍍金基板接合於表面改質後的PDMS薄膜底面而封裝成摺疊型微流晶片。本發明能應用於增進抗體與微生物體於感測平面之覆蓋率與均勻度。 The fabrication processes of folded microfluidic chips are indicated by the following steps. First, a metal mold is fabricated by micro CNC to form micro-pattern which is used to be the mold of microfluidic. Then, PDMS prepolymer mixed with its curing agent is poured onto the metal master and is placed into an oven in vacuum for thermal cure. The cured PDMS is then removed from the master. Afterward, a layer of Au film was deposited on PDMS. Then, 11-MUA (11-mercaptoundecanoic acid) solution, EDC and NHS solutions are deposited on PDMS to form self assembly monolayers as linkers. Finally, folded microfluidic chips are packaged. Folded microfluidic channel is an efficient method to coat substance such as antigen and antibody and is able to improve adhesion density and coverage uniformity of microorganisms on the sensor’s surface.
