本發明提供一種氯離子感測器，包括一金氧半場效電晶體，一感測元件，以及一導線，連接該 金氧半場效電晶體與該感測元件，其中該感測元件包括一基底、一氧化膜以及一氯離子感測 膜，該氧化膜形成於該基底上，該氯離子感測膜形成於該氧化膜上。本發明另提供一種氯離子 感測器之製造方法，以及包含該感測器之感測系統。 A chloric ion sensor. The chloric ion sensor includes a metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor, a sensing unit including a substrate, an oxide film formed thereon, and a chloric ion sensing film formed on the oxide film, and a conductive wire connecting with the metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor and the sensing unit. The invention also provides a method of fabricating a chloric ion sensor, and a sensing system including the sensor.
