技術說明

本團隊研發之有機發光二極體(organic light-emitting diode, OLED) 製程參數優化系統，係考慮有機發光二極體之電學特性、光學特性及熱特性，以模擬分析有機發光二極體之出光效能。相較於傳統有機發光二極體模擬軟體只考慮電學或光學特性，以致只能分析有機發光二極體之瞬間暫態效能，本團隊所研發之系統因加入熱特性運算單元及電、光、熱運算單元相互間的回饋分析，可使系統不僅可分析穩態效能，也能較接近實務，並可進一步優化製程參數。藉由優化之製程參數，可取代過去採用試誤法改良製程之開發模式，而可降低製造成本並提升開發效率。 The proposed system for optimizing fabrication parameters of OLEDs considers the electrical, optical and thermal characteristics of OLEDs to model the optical performance of OLEDs. Conventional OLED modeling tools consider only OLED’s electrical and optical effects. Therefore, they only simulate the transient states of OLEDs. Since the proposed system includes the thermal simulation unit and the results from electrical, optical and thermal simulations units feedback with each other, it can modeling the steady states of OLED and should be more close the practical results. Consequently, the proposed system can be applied to optimize the fabrication parameters for lowering the fabrication cost and increasing the efficiency of OLED development.
