技術說明

本發明為一種關節拉伸副木的開發，係藉由渦形彈簧提供穩定之扭矩，達到持續穩定 拉伸之效果。 包含可調整角度之動態關節設計、用於固定肢體之可調長度的肢側固定 桿、提供欲拉伸之肢段推力的肢段檔板。 其機構設計原理可應用在四肢任一關節。 此 處提供其應用於足部拉伸方面之設計介紹。 本發明可提供動態拉伸效果，較傳統靜態副 木舒適且有效。且其穩定扭矩之設計，較其餘動態拉伸副木更為能提供穩定之拉伸效果。 本發明之可調整角度設計並能量化復健效果並提供參考指標。 此外，目前應用於足底筋 膜炎之足部拉伸副木的專利及產品，均僅有阿基里斯腱牽拉之設計，而缺乏一同時可以 拉伸足底筋膜之機構。 本發明另一特色在於可同時提供足踝關節及蹠趾關節之牽拉，達 到同時舒緩阿基里斯腱及足底筋膜之效果。 本發明更於踝關節及蹠關節之骨突處做適當 開窗，以加強機構與肢體之密合度及舒適性。 本發明可配合貼附足壓測量感應薄膜於足 及趾擋板上，以量測副木之拉伸效果。 關鍵字：拉伸副木、動態、穩定扭矩、拉伸效果量測 A joint stretch splint is developed to provide continuous stable stretch via the constant torque provided by a clockwork spring. The splint device includes angle-adjustable dynamic joint pieces, upright and parallel bars along the extremity for fixation and size adjustments, and plates to apply stretch force against the desired parts of the extremity. This stretch design concept can be applied in many extremity joints. Herein we provide the design application in foot stretch. This splint is more effective and comfortable than the static stretch splint because of its dynamic nature. It is also superior than other dynamic splint for its constant stretch torque. The adjustable joint angle design provides a way to quantify the treatment effect. Furthermore, current available stretch splints for use in plantar fasciitis treatment mostly provide stretch for Achilles tendon but not plantar fascia.
