技術說明

1. 將同心式磁性齒輪與直流無刷馬達加以整合，使其成為一體式之機電整合裝置，異於傳統上動力裝置與傳動裝置分屬獨立之子系統的設計概念。 2. 從構造上將一個外轉子構形之直流無刷馬達與一個同心式磁性齒輪結合為一體式的設計，形成一組具有減速增矩功能之減速機系統。 3. 同心式磁性齒輪之外轉子磁極部分僅設置N極(充磁方向)，大幅減少磁石使用數量，具有磁石定位容易，組裝方便，且運轉時磁石不易脫落，增加系統可靠度的優點。 This invention is a coaxial type magnetic gear reducer with an integrated BLDC motor which consists of a stator, a set of inner rotor attached to the stator, several pole-pieces, and a set of outer rotor. The main feature of this design is the integration of the exterior rotor of the BLDC motor and the inner rotor of the magnetic gear reducer. It has unique characteristics of compact, high gear ratio, high efficiency, and light weight.
