技術說明

一種汰換電池組再利用之充放電方法，係包含：一量測步驟，係以一量測模組量測數個電池之一健康狀態；一分群步驟，係以一分群模組依據各該電池之該健康狀態，將各該電池分群成數個電池組；一放電估算步驟，係以一處理器執行一放電估算方程式，並估算各該電池組之一最小健康狀態差異量及相對應之一放電比例；及一充電估算步驟，係以該處理器執行一充電估算方程式，並估算各該電池組之一最大剩餘電量及相對應之一充電比例，藉此提升該數個電池的再利用效率。 A method of charging and discharging for second life battery with reuse comprises: a measuring step, a clustering step, a discharge estimating step, and a charge estimating step. The measuring step measures the health of the plurality of battery by a measuring module. The clustering step clusters the batteries to battery assemblies according to the health of state by a clustering module. The discharge estimating step estimates the difference of a state of health and a discharge percentage of the battery assemblies by a processor executed a discharge estimating formula. The charge estimating step estimates the remaining power and a charge percentage of the battery assemblies by the processor executed a charge estimating formula. In accordance with the above step can improve the efficiency of the batteries for reuse.
