技術說明

心電圖是心跳偵測的標準方法,由心跳間距可以進行心律變異性分析,了解交感神經與副交感神經的活性,已有相當多文獻證實心律變異性分析是臨床上的重要指標,雖然目前市面上已經有部分穿戴式裝置具有量測第一導程心電圖的功能,但是使用時必須用另一手的手指去碰觸穿戴式裝置上的一個接觸點,這類裝置的心律並非連續監測,而且,這種量測姿勢對於原本的神經活性會造成干擾。為了克服此項缺點,本技術利用一個延遲電路,可以只用一個電極使同一側表面心電電位產生時間差,形成一個有差異的電位變化,達到姿勢自然且連續監測心跳的目的。 Electrocardiography (ECG) is the standard method for heartbeat detection. The sequence for the intervals between normal neighboring heartbeat can be used for the analysis of heart rate variability (HRV) to evaluate the activity of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. There have been many literatures verifying the evidence of HRV analysis in clinical medicine. Some wearable devices have been proposed to include the function of lead I ECG monitoring on market. However, the users need to place their finger on the opposite side to touch the pad on the devices during the ECG measurement, which makes the heartbeat detection an intermittent monitoring. In addition, such posture may also disturb the original activity of autonomic nervous system (ANS). To overcome this deficit, this invention utilizes a delay circuit to generate a time difference for the potential originated from the heart contraction, which can thus form a potential difference using only one electrode on the same body surface such that the continuous heartbeat monitoring can be achieved in a natural posture.
