技術說明

本發明揭露一種齒面刀具與其在球面齒輪的製成方法。可變間距齒面刀具包含一凸形輪齒面刀具及一凹形輪齒面刀具。凸形輪齒面刀具及凹形輪齒面刀具分別具有數個環狀齒形刀齒，且各刀齒之 軸齒間距為可變間距。球面齒輪係使用可變間距齒面刀具加工而成，包含一凸形輪齒齒輪以及一凹形輪齒球面齒輪。凸形球面齒輪及凹形球面齒輪面上分別具有數個輪齒，其且各輪齒之間距為相等。本發明之關節機構為以齒面刀具加工出其關節機構所包含的凸面齒輪及凹面齒輪。本發明之優點在於可使關節機構進行大量的生產，解決關節構在加工上的困難點，並可大量的生產製造。 The present invention discloses surface rack cutter, and spherical gears and a fabrication method thereof. The surface rack cutter comprise a concave tooth surface rack cutter and a convex tooth surface rack cutter which respectively comprise a plurality of cutting tooth, and the Y-axis interval of each cutting teeth is change with the X-axis interval of each cutting teeth. Spherical gears comprise concave tooth spherical gear and a convex tooth spherical gear which respectively comprise a plurality of gear tooth, and the X-axis interval of each gear teeth is the same as the Y-axis interval of each gear teeth.
