本發明之段差式雙卷線系統高效率微細電極工具加工係於一加工機台上樞設有供線軸組、收線軸組及段差式絕緣滾輪,供線軸組包含一上供線軸及一下供線軸,收線軸組包含一上收線軸及一下收線軸,段差式絕緣滾輪包含一上絕緣導槽及一下絕緣導槽,一電性連接於電晶體電阻電容放電回路之上導體線材係捲繞於上供線軸並滑過上絕緣導槽再捲繞於上收線軸,一電性連接於電阻電容放電回路之下導體線材係捲繞於下供線軸並滑過下絕緣導槽再捲繞於下收線軸。故利用段差式與雙卷線之設計,僅需單道加工程序便可快速加工成形,可節省加工時間並提升加工效率。 A gradation twin-wire manufacture system is disclosed, which comprises a base, a wire supply mounted on the base, a wire received mounted on the base, a gradation insulation roller mounted on the base, two wires respectively detoured around the wire supply, the gradation insulation roller and the wire received, a RC discharge electricity circuit connected to one wire, and a transistor RC discharge electricity circuit connected to another one wire. Therefore, there is only one manufacture process needed to finish a workpiece rapidly by the construction of the gradation twin-wire manufacture system.
