技術說明

登革病毒屬於黃病毒屬病毒，每年感染全球四億人口。當受到多於一種血清型的登革病毒感染會造成嚴重的登革出血熱症狀及登革休克症候群，死亡率高達百分之十到五十。目前並沒有任何核可之疫苗或治療方法可用於應付登革病毒感染。本發明係關於一種五味子素之用途，特別關於一種五味子素用以製備抗黃病毒屬病毒之藥物的用途；本發明另關於五味子作為抗黃病毒屬之保健食品或營養補充品的用途；本發明再關於赤芝酮用以製備抗黃病毒屬病毒之藥物的用途；本發明更關於赤芝酮作為抗黃病毒屬之保健食品或營養補充品的用途。 Dengue virus (DENV), belonging to flavivirus, infects 400 million people worldwide annually. Infection of more than one serotypes of DENV is corresponding to dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) and dengue shock syndrome (DSS), which causes 10 to 50 percent death rate. However, no approved vaccines or therapies is available against DENV infection. A use of schsandrin for manufacturing a drug against flavivirus is disclosed. Schsandrin is administered to a subject in need thereof to inhibit the infection of flavivirus. A use of lucidone for manufacturing the drug against flavivirus is also disclosed.
