燃料電池觸媒之製備方法

一種燃料電池觸媒之製備方法,包括以下步驟:首先,提供載體;接著,在該載體上摻雜氮原子,以形成多數個均勻分散在該載體表面之成核位置;之後,在該些成核位置中至少一個上形成一負載金屬粒子;之後,形成多數個觸媒金屬粒子以包覆該負載金屬粒子表面;最後,移除該負載金屬粒子,以形成一附著於該成核位置上之空心金屬球 。 The instant disclosure relates to a method for preparing fuel cell catalysts. In the method, a support doped with nitrogen is synthesized, where a plurality of nucleation sites generated by doping with nitrogen are uniformly dispersed on the surface of the support. On the support, at least one metal core particle is attached to the nucleation sites, and pluralities of metal catalyst particles are formed to cover the surface of one metal core particle. A hollow metal sphere is formed through the oxidation of the metal core particle which isdeposited on the nucleation sites.
