傳統生物檢體觀察方式,大部份需利用顯微鏡,並配合載玻片或細胞計數器等載具,達到觀察、分析或診斷。但此系統通常龐大負雜且難以攜帶,而使用人員須受過相關專業訓練。以細胞計數為例,專業人員先將細胞置入細胞計數器,在將細胞計數盤放置於顯微鏡觀察台上,然後靜置1~2分鐘,靜待細胞沉澱,依序由人工自細胞計數區計算細胞數量,並將計算出細胞數量反推得到細胞濃度。這些鏡檢方式,都須在實驗室完成且操作人員需受相關專業訓練,對受測者有些許不方便。因此本發明技術之目的即在提供一種簡易可分析生物檢體內微小物質顯微影像之可攜式取樣和取像裝置及其方法。 Microscopic investigation has been widely used for biological/biomedical applications, e.g., cell counting/identification, morphology recognition, molecular identification, etc. Traditional microscopes are generally placed in professional laboratories, and sophisticated technicians are required for these bulky and expansive microscopes. However, traditional microscopes cannot fulfill the immerging need of on-site imaging and identification. Hence, the present invention presents a miniaturized microscopic technique which features simple to use, portable, low lost, and ability to connect with communication devices. Rapid and robust results can be obtained immediately by proposed approach to eliminate sample transferring and unwanted contaminations.
