技術說明

一種液壓-雙壓電定位系統，包括一第一活塞及一第二活塞分別可滑動地設置於一第一液壓缸及一第二液壓缸；一第一壓電致動器及一第二壓電致動器分別可滑動地耦接第一活塞及第二活塞；其中藉由第一及第二壓電致動器相對頂住負載物件控制負載物件的移動，當第一壓電致動器或第一活塞伸長或縮短時，第二壓電致動器或第二活塞負補地縮短或伸長，負載物件因此雙向地移動；一位置感測器，用以感測負載物件的移動方向及移動距離；以及一控制器，決定第一、第二活塞以及第一、第二壓電致動器的移動方向及移動距離以調整負載物件的移動方向及移動距離。 A hydraulic-dual piezoelectric positioning system includes a first piston and a second piston separately disposed in a first hydraulic cylinder and a second hydraulic cylinder. The system also includes a first piezoelectric actuator and a second piezoelectric actuator separately coupled to the first piston and the second piston. Wherein the first piezoelectric actuator and the second piezoelectric actuator respectively press a load from both sides to control movement of the load; when the first piezoelectric actuator or the first piston extends, the second piezoelectric actuator or the second piston contracts, the load moves bi-directionally therefore. The system also includes a position sensor for sensing moving direction and moving distance of the load. The system further includes a controller for determining moving direction and moving distance of the first, second piston and the first, second piezoelectric actuator to regulate moving direction and moving distance of the load.
