氫化觸媒及其製造方法Hydrogenation catalyst and method of manufacturing the same

一般氫化觸媒是將貴金屬附載於Al2O3與SiO2上,反應後需經過濾程序分離觸媒及產物,若顆粒太細則有不易過濾之缺點。利用簡單化學還原法來製備鎳奈米晶體,利用導入磁場使其有效成長為一維奈米鎳線,藉由此一磁性載體進行奈米金屬觸媒承載,再透過自身氧化還原或還原劑添加,於奈米鎳線成長上鉑或鈀奈米金屬微粒做為氫化觸媒之用。本專利以簡單的磁場誘導配合無電鍍還原之方式,在施加磁場作用下,鎳奈米晶體可自組裝排列成一維奈米線結構,更開發成長白金與鈀觸媒高比表面積奈米鎳線,將可利用此一磁性觸媒有效進行氫化反應,並透過磁性載體解決貴金屬觸媒回收問題。 Hydrogenation catalysts usually manufactured by attaching noble metal on Al2O3 and SiO2 support. The catalyst would be separated by filtration procedures after reaction, and it is also difficult removed as the smaller catalyst size. During the preparation process of Ni nanocrystals using simple chemical reduction method, we observed the self-assembly of these nanocrystals into 1-D structure under magnetic field. As Pt or Pd nanocrystals growing onto the Ni nanowires, the high specific surface area catalyst could be successfully prepared. The Pt/Ni and Pd/Ni nanowires are used as hydrogenation catalyst. The noble metal catalyst can easily recovery by introducing the magnetic carrier, nickel nanowire.
