即時量測細胞聚落之裝置及其方法

本發明係揭示一種血漿濃縮製劑個體差異之分析方法,該分析方法係以不同製備方式產出之血漿濃縮製劑與細胞進行體外培養,進行即時細胞生長測量之結果做為依據,得知可以促進細胞生長效果較佳之血漿濃縮倍率,並可以此血漿濃縮倍率施予患部,如此以排除習知因個體差異造成血漿濃縮製劑需求量亦有所差異之問題,藉以提升減緩或修復關節炎、運動傷害及關節退化等症狀之效果。 The present invention discloses an analytical method for individual differences of the application of platelet rich plasma (PRP). This method is based on the results from an in vitro experiment of co-culturing PRP with different preparation methods and cells with real-time proliferation monitoring. Hence, the optimized preparation methods and concentration of PRP can be identified and applied to the patient. Therefore, this method can eliminate the individual differences of the requirement of PRP concentration. That enhances the efficacy of applying PRP for slowing or repairing arthritis, sports injuries, and joint degeneration.
