技術說明

一種降解三硝基甲苯(TNT)污染物之菌株及其篩選方法，該篩選方法包含：由台灣本土受TNT污染之場址取得一土壤或地下水之樣品；將該樣品加入至一含有TNT之培養液中培養，該含有TNT之培養液以TNT做為唯一有機氮源；將上述培養後之TNT培養液均勻塗在一固態培養基上培養形成數個菌落；以及由該固態培養基上挑選取得其中一菌落，以做為用以降解TNT污染物之菌株，其係為香茅醇假單胞菌Pseudomonas citronellolis KNU 67551，寄存編號為BCRC910567。 A bacteria strain for TNT biodegradation and a sieving method thereof are provided. The sieving method includes steps of: obtaining a sample of soil or groundwater from a TNT-polluted local site in Taiwan; adding the sample into a TNT culture solution having TNT as the only nitrogen source to cultivate; evenly smearing the cultivated TNT culture solution on a solid culture medium to cultivate and form colonies; and selecting one of the colonies from the solid culture medium as the bacteria strain for TNT biodegradation, which is Pseudomonas citronellolis KNU 67551 having a deposition No. BCRC910567 in BCRC of FIRDI of Taiwan.
