本發明是為一抗癌配方之發現,此配方是以生醫材料攜帶藥物 正丁烯基苯酞(n-Butylidenephthalide, n-Bdph)之Z form異構物(z-Butylidenephthalide, z-Bdph)作為一個局部釋放的給藥劑型,並此配方可長效釋放具有抗癌效果之Z form正丁烯基苯酞達一個月之久。 此發明為(i)正丁烯基苯酞之Z form異構物及(ii)聚合物,將其共同混合製成一給藥配方。其一配方是由Z form正丁烯基苯酞與聚酸酐共聚合物p(CPP-SA)混合製成,聚酸酐共聚合物是由單體癸二酸(SA)及 1,3-雙羧基對苯丙醇(CPP)縮合而成,其癸二酸及 1,3-雙羧基對苯丙醇的比例最佳為1:2~1:10(例如1:4)。Z form的正丁烯基苯酞在其聚合物中的重量百分比可為3%~20%(例如10%)。此配方形式可為粉末、錠劑、薄片、棒、微粒、奈米微粒、糊或膠的形態。 此發明包括上述配方在醫療上可作為治療腫瘤之應用,例如多形神經膠胚細胞瘤、肺癌、肝細胞癌、結腸癌、黑色素瘤、乳腺癌、神經胚細胞瘤、畸胎瘤或人類白血病等。 This invention is a pharmaceutical formulation, from which n-Butylidenephthalide, in particular, the Z-from(z-BP), can be gradually released over a long period. In one aspect, this invention features a pharmaceutical formulation, which contains z-BP and a polymer, which are admixed together. An example of the formulation is a mixture of z-BP and polyanhydride p(CPP-SA), which is prepared from bis(p-carboxyphenoxy)propane and the sebacic acid. The formulation can in form of powders, wafers, sheets, rods, microspheres, nanospheres, paste, or glue. In another aspect, this invention features use of the above-described pharmaceutical formulation to treat tumor. Examples of tumor to be treated include, but are not limited to, glioblastoma multiforme, lung cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, colon cancer, melanoma, breast cancer, neuroblastoma, teratoma, and human leukemia.
