自行車八速內變速器

本創作係一個具有八段變速功能的內變速器,是以一組自由度為4的分流式行星齒輪機構為內變速器主體,其中的組成包含一組差速單元與兩組變速單元,藉由二組變速單元的轉速搭配,可將動力輸入之轉速進行二次變速輸出,使轉速比有較大的範圍。調速機構使用棘爪連桿調速機構做為主體,由棘爪連桿、回復彈簧、及調速環等元件所組成,此種調速機構是藉由旋轉調速環驅使棘爪作動,所以需設計調速環以控制棘爪連桿,使棘爪可以頂出而嚙合作動。棘爪連桿方面基於力量傳遞與平衡上的考量,在主軸上設置三個棘爪,在旋轉軸外廓一圈上均分每120º置放。 此項設計可以大大地減少軸向空間的使用,並調速較多的檔位。 本創作所提出的新型八速內變速器係將分流式行星齒輪機構與棘爪連桿調速機構整合,不僅能提高轉速比範圍,亦能增加傳動效率,具有八種不同的轉速比,在結構上具有軸向安裝空間小、構造簡單的優勢。 This invention is related to an 8-speed transmission hub which consists of a distributed-flow-type planetary gear mechanism and a rotary gear-shifting control mechanism. The distributed-flow-type planetary gear mechanism comprises two transmission units and one differential unit to provide eight forward gears. The DOF of this mechanism is 4. A clutching sequence table and a set of feasible solutions for the number of gear-teeth of the planetary gear mechanism are synthesized. The power transmission path at each gear stage is checked to verify the validity of the planetary gear mechanism. A simple rotary gear-shifting control mechanism disposed on a stationary hub axle is proposed in this invention. This invention requires less maintenance and is considered more reliable than the comparable external derailleur. Moreover, a special feature of this invention is that it can shift at a stop, which is an advantage in stop-and-go urban traffic.
