技術說明

一種棒材擠製模具之設計方法，其包含提供一棒材擠製模具，該棒材擠製模具係具有一盛錠筒、一成品出口及一形成於該盛錠筒與該成品出口之間的傾斜部，該盛錠筒係具有一第一半徑(ri)，該成品出口係具有一第二半徑(rf)，且該成品出口係定義有一中心線及一垂直該中心線之基準線，該傾斜部係具有一斜邊及一夾設於該斜邊與該基準線之間的傾斜角(α)；根據該盛錠筒之該第一半徑(ri)及該成品出口之該第二半徑(rf)計算出一產品擠製比(ER)；以及利用該產品擠製比(ER)計算出該傾斜部之該傾斜角(α)。 Design method of bar extrusion die comprises the steps of providing a bar extrusion die that has a container having a first radius (ri), a die outlet having a second radius (rf) and an inclined portion formed between the container and the die outlet, wherein there are a center line and a datum line are defined on the die outlet and two lines are perpendicular to each other, besides, the inclined portion has a bevel edge and an inclination angle (α) included between the bevel edge and the datum line；calculating an extrusion ratio from the first radius (ri) of the container and the second radius (rf) of the die outlet；and calculating the inclination angle (α) of the inclined portion from the extrusion ratio.
