技術說明

本專利是一套結合活動量分析與計算及心率變異性分析之遠距健康照護及促進系統，結合了iHealth記錄器、智慧型手機與週邊之溝通及介面、網路伺服平台之建置、活動量分析與熱量計算並基於心率變異性分析的健康指標之演算法開發等功能。在此系統中，iHealth記錄器、智慧型手機、iHealth網路伺服平台皆是一個單獨的節點，透過3G通訊網路以及藍芽通訊，將這所有的節點串連起來，形成一個網路，並在使用者（用戶端）以及醫療單位之間建立一個中繼平台，以行動通訊連結使用者、3G通信的附加服務與醫療單位，提供可讓使用者作為健康促進與照護的資訊，例如：每日活動量、熱量消耗、健康指標、壓力指數等。本系統包含三大部分： 1. iHealth 2. 記錄器：負責感測使用者活動時的慣性訊號及心電訊號。 3. 智慧型手機與週邊之溝通及介面：使用者可將上述生理訊號從記錄器透過藍芽傳輸至智慧型手機，再由智慧型手機透過3G 通訊網路上傳至iHealth 網路伺服平台。 4. 網路伺服平台之建置： 活動量分析、熱量計算、基於心率變異性分析的健康指標之演算法之開發：本系統具雲端運算概念，透過3G通訊網路連結伺服器來分析與計算使用者之活動量、熱量以及心電訊號。 介面呈現：智慧型手機介面及網路部落格等兩種介面，其主要呈現長期記錄之活動量與熱量消耗分析以及基於心率變異性之健康指標。本團隊並研發以『心靈花園』的圖形方式呈現使用者之心率變異性所代表之健康狀態，以讓使用者更容易了解健康狀況。另外還整合了網路月曆服務的功能，能透過部落格一起相邀去運動，增加運動動機。 In recent years, 3G mobile phones are more and more popular and many services are exploited on them. Health care is an important service in them. In order to improve health for people, we provide a system which combines 3G mobile phones with iHealth recorders to detect and record some biomedical signals. In addition, we also propose a method to analyze the above-mentioned signals to help people to understand the statements of their health. The most important abilities of our system are recording and analyzing person’s daily activities, calculating energy expenditure, analyzing heart rate variability and health indicators, and sharing information with other people. We proposed an iHealth recorder to record and analyze person’s daily activities. Then, the person can upload the information by a 3G mobile phone. The information will be analyzed by cloud computing. Finally, the person can obtain some information and suggestions about his or her health and share them with his or her friends.
