技術說明

本發明提出一種由奈米尺度等級的生物分子自組裝之方式，操控液珠的方法及裝置，可傳輸、定位、檢測生化液珠中所含的DNA序列，並提出具體實施例。利用奈米生物分子自組裝的技術，把直立的DNA分子連接於基板上，製成生化薄膜，並造成可依核酸序列配對造成表面親疏水性的不同，而使液珠自發性位移，形成一個不需外加能量，即可操控液珠流動的裝置。改變生化薄膜上所佈值的DNA，即可利用DNA分子中的鹼基會互補配對的原理，分流或檢測生化液珠內含的DNA。整合以上技術，可應用於生醫工程，製造生醫檢測晶片。 Methods and materials for the manipulation of droplet that enabled controlled transportation, localization, and detection through biomolecule self-assembly were disclosed. DNA molecules were terminal-linked on substrate surface to form a biomolecular film. Hydrophobic function group was modified on the other end of the DNA molecule to generate a hydrophobic surface. Upon the presence of sequence that could pair with the surface aligned DNA molecule, the pairing of DNA in the droplet with the surface DNA molecule change the surface wettability by introducing hydrophilic protruded function group on the surface and hence affect the motility and localization of the droplet. Thus manipulation of droplet without externally applied energy could be achieved. The DNA sequence specific pairing nature of DNA molecule enabled specific control and detection of the contents of the droplet.
