技術說明

本發明為一符合歐規之汽車用的前霧燈，其霧燈結構包含反射罩、燈罩以及LED往前發光組成。該反射罩分為上下左右四曲面由下方形成，其上下與左右各為一對。上下反射罩對是由一階的拋物曲線形成，將LED設置在其焦點上，再利用拋物曲線的特性可將上下方的光線聚於一粗線狀;左右反射罩對是由二階層(或三階層)之拋物曲線形成，利用其拋物聚焦特性以及二階層(或三階層)的結構，將光線打至法規所要求的亮區上。該燈罩為一楔形的透明透鏡，在斜面上分佈著三角稜鏡結構，其三角稜鏡結構用於消散LED光源所投射出的雜散光線，以達到法規所要求的暗區。 This project plans to develop a technology of simulation and molding of plastic of grating structure for LED fog lamp. A dissymmetrical uniformity illumination of solid state lighting was made by grating structure. Then the technology could apply to fog lamp lighting and must be fitted to the standard of ECE R19 F3. The LED solid-state could save the energy by efficiency illumination and brightness sensor detector system. A high transmittance and stability grating structure was made by the optimization of the parameter of the steel molding. By the way it could get a good fog lamp to save the energy.
