技術說明

本發明提供一種透明導電膜之性質的改善方法，包含以下步驟：對一含有AzO100-z之組成施予含氫電漿處理，其中，A是選自Al、Zn、Sn、In、Cd、Mg、Ga、Sb，或此等之一組合，且以原子百分比計，1≦z≦50。本發明亦提供一種如前述改善方法所製得的透明導電膜，包含：一含有AxHyO100-x-y之組成，其中，A是選自Al、Zn、Sn、In、Cd、Mg、Ga、Sb，或此等之一組合，且以原子百分比計，1≦x≦50，0.5≦y≦15.0。 This invention provides a method for improving the properties of the transparent conducting film, which comprises the step of subjecting plasma treatment containing hydrogen to a composition containing AzO100-z, wherein, A is selected from Al, Zn, Sn, In, Cd, Mg, Ga, Sb, or a combination thereof, and calculated by atomic percentage, 1≦z≦50. This invention also provides a transparent conducting film made from the improving method stated above, which comprises a composition containing AxHyO100-x-y, wherein, A is selected from Al, Zn, Sn, In, Cd, Mg, Ga, Sb, or a combination thereof, and calculated by atomic percentage, 1≦x≦50, 0.5≦y≦15.0.
