本發明係一種新穎奈米聚集體及其製備方法，其中新穎奈米聚集體包 含維生素B6吡哆醇酯化衍生物[Pyridoxine B6，簡稱V(PD)]與D-α生育酚聚 乙二醇1000琥珀酸酯(D-α-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate，簡稱 TPGS)其中至少之一者，且必包含維生素B6吡哆醇酯化衍生物；製備方法 包含：將V(PD)或V(PD)/TGPS以乙醇溶液溶解並混合，以獲得一混合溶液， 之後將混合溶液注入熱水中，均質並冷卻，以製備本案之新穎奈米聚集 體；藉此，本案之新穎奈米聚集體具有高穩定性與高皮膚滲透性之特點， 可作為經皮吸收藥物之載體。 This invention is related to a novel nanoaggregate and a manufacturing method thereof. The novel nanoaggregate comprises at least one of pyridoxine B6 [V(PD)] and D-αtocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate (TPGS) and must comprise V(PD). The manufacturing method comprises the steps of dissolving the V(PD) or the V(PD)/TPGS in an ethanol solution and mixing uniformly to form a mixed-solution; injecting the mixed-solution into hot water, and homogenizing and cooling the mixed-solution to form the novel nanoaggregate. Thus, the novel nanoaggregate of the present invention has characteristics of high stability and skin permeability and can serve as a vector for percutaneous-absorption drugs.
