技術說明

一種螺絲成型機之後通出機構，其係由滑件曲柄機構、油汽壓缸、可 調油壓缸、調整螺絲及頂出銷所組成。以馬達為動力源驅動滑件曲柄 機構，滑件驅動油汽壓缸，再利用油壓驅動可調油壓缸以推動頂出 銷，使其頂出螺絲半成品。頂出量的調整則以可調油壓缸中的調整螺 絲控制。與習用的機構比較，本創作動作較為平滑、頂出量調整較容 易且精確。 A knock-out mechanism of bolt former includes a slider-crank mechanism, an air-oil cylinder, an adjustable oil cylinder, adjustment screw, and a knock-out pin. The slider-crank mechanism is driven by a motor to actuate the air-oil cylinder. The adjustable oil cylinder is actuated by the oil in the air-oil cylinder to drive the knock-out pin. The knock-out stroke is controlled by adjustment screw. Comparing to the existing device, the operation of the proposed knock-out mechanism is more smooth, and the knock- out stroke can be easily and precisely adjusted.
