技術說明

一種搭配高頻切換電路之具倍流效應與高降壓比例之整流電路，其中包含一交流整流電路、一高頻切換電路、一交錯式半波整流電路及一三繞組變壓器，該高頻切換電路為一半橋式LCC諧振電路，藉由控制開關¬之交錯導通時間使輸入之直流電源轉為一交流方波，該交流方波輸入一諧振電路後藉由和該諧振電路¬形成的震盪週期合成後輸出一升壓或降壓的交流弦波，該交流弦波經由該三繞組變壓器傳送至該交錯式半波整流器，該交錯式半波整流電路可分為兩組電壓相位不同之一半波整流電路，兩組該半波整流電路以交錯導通的方式進行整流使輸出電流之漣波因數降低且電路損失減少。 The invention is related to a high voltage rectifier with double current output having a rectifier, a high-frequency switch, a half-wave rectifier and a three-winding transformer. The high-frequency switch transfers an AC power as a square wave from controlling a switch time of the high-frequency switch. The square wave is inputted into a resonance circuit, an AC current from the three-winding transformer is transferred to the half-wave rectifier. The half-wave rectifier has two half-wave rectifiers having different phases, the two half-wave rectifiers reduce a ripple factor of the output current and reduces a circuit loss thereof.
