技術說明

本發明係關於一種防腐蝕層塗料的製造方法，該防腐蝕層可塗佈於一金屬基材表面以防止該金屬基材表面之銹蝕，防腐蝕層之組成係包括：一高分子材料層，該高分子塗料塗佈於該基材表面；以及一連續粗糙表面層，係形成於該高分子材料層之表面，其中，該連續粗糙表面層具有一表面粗糙度，且該表面粗糙度係大於10奈米。並且，透過該防腐蝕層之製造方法，防蝕效果佳且低汙染之保護層（該防腐蝕層）可藉由一模版而快速且大量地形成於基材之表面。 The present invention relates to an anti-corrosion layer and manufacturing method thereof, the anti-corrosion layer is used to be coated on a substrate surface for prevent the substrate surface from corrosion, the anti-corrosion layer comprises: a polymer layer, coated on the substrate surface; and a continuous rough surface layer, formed on the surface of the polymer layer, wherein the continuous rough surface layer has a surface roughness great than 10 nm. Besides, by way of the manufacturing method for the anti-corrosion, a protection layer (the anti-corrosion layer) with better anti-corrosion effect and low pollution property can be rapidly and extensively formed in the substrate surface through a template.
