技術說明

本發明為一個白晝可讓太陽光穿透，同時也可吸收太陽光將光能轉換成電能，並在夜間可進行放光行為的裝置，此裝置不僅可有效利用太陽能，並可節省日夜間照明用電量。本發明是將透明導電氧化物之太陽能電池，與發光二極體兩種裝置加以結合，形成一個兼具採光、發電、照明一體的整合裝置：白天當陽光照到透明導電氧化物太陽能電池時，紫外光部份被太陽能電池所吸收，轉換成電能儲存，而可見光部份因為能量低於材料能隙，因此會穿過此裝置，達到日間自然採光的效果；到了晚上利用儲存的電能，並將電路加以調整使此裝置將變成一個發光二極體，以做為夜間照明設備。 This invention relates to a new transparent device that can transform sunlight into electric energy during the daytime and can emit light during the night. This new device not only can effectively utilize the sunlight but also can reduce the electricity consumption in both day and night. This invention combines the transparent conductive oxide solar cell with light emitting diode to form a new integrated device that can transmit sunlight, generate electricity, and provide lighting. As the sunlight passes through this new device during the daytime, it will absorb the ultraviolet radiations in the solar spectrum and transform them into electricity that can be stored. In the meantime, the visible lights in the solar spectrum can pass through this new device without being absorbed to provide lighting during the daytime because the energies of the visible lights are lower than the band gap energies of the materials used in this devices.
