技術說明

本發明為新型固態氧化物燃料電池複合系統，此系統使用合成氣為燃料，亦即各種能產生合成氣之製程皆可於系統前端搭配。並且在系統中搭配氫氣傳輸膜將合成氣分離出純氫提供燃料電池反應。氫氣傳輸膜分離出的剩餘氣體（含一氧化碳、二氧化碳）和燃料電池使用剩餘之氫氣送入合成反應器進行碳氫化學品合成，例如甲醇、二甲醚、碳酸二甲酯等，以達到減碳再利用之目的，並同時提高系統整體周邊經濟效益。最後，所剩之燃料則送入燃燒室進行燃燒，其產生之高溫氣體可提供空氣預熱及熱回收(利用熱水形式儲存)，達到熱電聯產之目的。 In this invention, the new solid oxide fuel cell hybrid system has been developed. The system uses syngas as fuel which can produce by different processes. The hydrogen transport membrane (HTM) is used in the system which separates pure hydrogen from syngas for fuel cell to react. The remaining gas (including CO and CO2) from HTM flows into reactor with remaining hydrogen from SOFC to produce hydrocarbonates, such as methanol, dimethyl ether (DME), and dimethyl carbonate (DMC). This configuration can decrease carbon emissions and increase system economic benefits. Finally, the rest fuel flows into burner to combust and produce high temperature gas to preheat air and heat recovery (using hot water to storage) for cogeneration.
