本發明係揭露一種智能型互動式個人健康管理方法，其係改善慢性疾病患者的再入院率，透過一互動伺服器將一電子病歷連結至一行動裝置，患者可透過該行動裝置與該互動伺服器互動而瞭解自己的服藥方式及回診時間，同時該互動伺服器也會在一第一時間傳輸一服藥提醒訊息提醒患者服藥，亦會於一第二時間傳輸一就診提醒訊息提醒患者須回醫院進行一門診服務，當超過時間尚未服藥或回診時，該互動伺服器會再驅使該行動裝置發出警示。A method for Intelligent interactive personal health management method are revealed. It improves the rate of rehospitalization in long term patients. Through an interactive server to transmit an electronic medical record to a mobile device, the patient can know the mode of administration and the time of returning through the electronic medical record. At the same time, the interactive server will also send a medication reminder message to remind the patient to take the medicine at a first time. A reminder message will be transmitted at a second time to remind the patient to return to the hospital for an outpatient service. When the first time or the second time is over, the server will make the mobile device generate warning.
