乳鐵蛋白鉻對非酒精性肝病之應用研究與產品開發 本發明係有關於一種用於預防及控制脂肪性肝病之組成物，該組成物包括：一乳鐵蛋白；以及一三價鉻化合物，其中，該三價鉻化合物係選自由六水三氯化鉻、三氯化鉻、醋酸鉻、硫酸鉻、砒碇甲酸鉻、菸鹼酸鉻、耐糖因子鉻、酵母鉻、其他之無機三價鉻、其他之有機三價鉻以及其組合物所組成之群組。據此，本發明之組成物可有效降低多項脂肪性肝病危險因子，以達到預防及控制脂肪性肝病之目的。 A composition for preventing and treating fatty liver is disclosed. The composition includes a lactoferrin and a trivalent chromium compound .The trivalent chromium compound of the present invention is selected from the group consisting of chromium (III) chloride hexahydrate, chromium (III)chloride, chromium (III) acetate, chromium (III) sulfate, chromium picolinate ,chromium nicotinate, chromium GTF, chromium yeast extract ,other inorganic salts of trivalent chromium, other organic salts of trivalent chromium, and combinations thereof. The composition of the present invention can provide a beneficial effect in preventing and treating fatty liver by effectively reducing multiple risk factors of fatty liver disease.
