技術說明

利用網路進行影像傳輸所引發的智慧財產等問題需要相關的數位鑑識機制來協助搜集相關證據。然而目前用於嚇阻此類非法複製與傳播的方法，仍以屬於消極性的作為或是道德勸說為主。在侵害發生後，相關機關或單位，如網路警察、檢調機關等才會針對事情做調查、處理。但因受限於時間上的因素，幾乎無法掌握第一時間留下證據，侵權者可將侵權檔案從自己的電腦裡刪除等因素造成日後侵權舉證上的困難。目前在進行影像版權分析時，需在檔案層進行分析處理，常因種種原因造成無法分析，本技術創作特色在於可直接於封包中進行分析處理，不但可減少許多檔案下載及組檔案動作的處理時間，亦可應用在即時影像檔案版權處理。 Recently, Images transmission in the Internet is popular. However, digital Images may suffer problems including illegal duplication, piracy et al. Our proposal is a best solution, if you want to avoid disseminating unlawful JPEG images and to control the evidences of illegal distribution are important for digital forensic. In our proposal, it can realtime to check the digital feature of images on packets in flow.
