本發明係揭露一種高效率有機發光二極體及其製造方法，此有機發光二極體結構至少包含有機板、第一導電層、含摻雜染料之發光層及第二導電層，且由下而上依序為基板、第一島電層、含摻雜染料之發光層及第二導電層，其中發光層之組成包含主體材料及一種以上之客體材料，而電子或電洞載子注入主體之能障小於注入客體之能障。 本發明係關於一種有機發光二極體及其製造方法，其中發光層之組成包含主體材料及一種以上之客體材料，而電子或電洞載子注入主體之能障小於注入客體之能障。 The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly to an organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof which confines the electrons by means of complex multi-layer structures.
