技術說明

由於混合單一功能之細菌可能彼此相互擷抗有降低生物肥料效果之虞,以多功能菌種做為農業生物製劑之發明,目的在於使農業微生物製劑在複雜成分環境中發揮功能,本發明自台灣南投縣國姓萵苣土壤根圈中篩選並培養馴化出一種細菌CC-GS16-1,經固體培篩選培養基之活性測試,得知此菌本身具有蛋白質分解、澱粉分解、幾丁質分解、纖維素分解、果膠質分解、游離固氮等六種活性,堪稱為一菌多功能之菌株。經16S rDNA序列分析比對結果與Cellulosimicrobium cellulans ( 纖維化纖維單胞菌)相似度100%,為安全性之非病原菌,可以應用於微生物肥料製劑、有機廢棄物處理等之開發利用。 Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria help in the promotion of plant growth by various mechanisms, such as nitrogen fixation or phosphate solubilization. Although the application with a combination of different bacterial species with different plant growth promoting traits can be done, sometimes the antagonistic effect between bacteria happens. By using microbial agents with multiple functions it was possible to increase the performance and survival of bacterium in more complicated environment. The present invention was a bacterial strain CC-GS16-1 which was isolated from the rhizosphere of garden lettuce in Nantou County. Strain CC-GS16-1 shows proteolytic activity, amylolytic activity, chitinolytic activity, cellulolytic activity, pectinolytic activity and free-living nitrogen fixing activity on the selective agar plate. Based on 16S rDNA sequence analysis this strain was identified as Cellulosimicrobium cellulans, with 100% sequence similarity.
