技術說明

一種類比數位轉換方法包含利用粗分類比數位轉換器與細分類比數位轉換器接收類比輸入訊號、利用粗分類比數位轉換器根據類比輸入訊號產生第一數位訊號、將第一數位訊號之次高位元至最低位元中的每一位元與第一數位訊號之最高位元作比較以產生比較結果、依據比較結果控制細分類比數位轉換器之高位元電容陣列之切換，使細分類比數位轉換器所接收之類比輸入訊號轉換為殘餘訊號、利用細分類比數位轉換器透過依序切換細分類比數位轉換器之低位元電容陣列來依據殘餘訊號產生第二數位訊號，及結合第一數位訊號與第二數位訊號產生數位輸出訊號。 An analog to digital converting method includes receiving an analog input signal by a coarse analog to digital converter and a fine analog to digital converter, generating a first digital signal according to the analog input signal by the coarse analog to digital converter, comparing each bit of the second to the least significant bits of the first digital signal with the most significant bit of the first digital signal to generate a comparison result, controlling the switching of a high-bit capacitor array according to the comparison result to regulate the analog input signal received by the fine analog to digital converter into a residual signal, generating a second digital signal based on the residual signal by the fine analog to digital converter sequentially switching the low-bit capacitor array thereof, and combining the first digital signal and the second digital signal to generate a digital output signal.
