技術說明

一種權限控制與管理系統， 用以根據一第一使用者的一第一身分識別資訊、該第一使用者的一第一個人化秘密資訊， 及對應於一第一文件密文的一第一文件識別資訊，並配合已建立的一查找資料結構， 以對該第一使用者進行權限驗證； 其中， 該第一個人化秘密資訊是由該第一使用者自主掌控的（discretionary）； 若該第一使用者通過前述權限驗證， 則表示其自主掌控的該第一個人化秘密正確無誤， 故其具有與該第一文件密文相關之權利， 換言之， 未擁有正確的該第一個人化秘密資訊的其他使用者， 並不具有與該第一文件密文相關之權利。 In this invention, we using a substitute code computation in the cloud, where the decryption key for the stored document is connected to the ownership code chosen by the owner of the data, or to a code chosen by a person authorized by the owner to access the information, by a substitute code. A recovery key computation using the ownership code or authorized code in conjunction with the substitute code is utilized to recover the decryption key. This way, the decryption key can only be recovered and used to decrypt the data if the correct ownership key or authorized key is paired with the correct substitute key that was stored, thus increasing the security of the stored document in the cloud.
