技術說明

1. 以創新圓形電極陣列，藉以施加行進波(Travelling wave)交流電訊號完成圓形行進波電滲泳(Travelling wave electroosmosis)流場。因此，圓形電極陣列提供流體致動功能，不需要額外流體致動幫浦儀器。並且其封閉式的樣品準備區域設計，大幅減少微流道元件工作區域。 2. 圓形電極陣列能同時達成交流電電滲泳(Alternative current electroosmosis)、介電泳(Dielectrophoresis)、以及行進波介電泳(Travelling wave dielectrophoresis)三種電動力學現象，因此能夠達成多功能的樣品準備微流道元件 3. 此微流道元件結構簡單，能夠直接整合於互補式金氧半導體(CMOS)標準製程中。 A microfluidic device based on an electrode array comprises a main body which has at least one microfluidic, and an electrode array formed on the main body. The electrode array has a majority of electrodes, wherein the electrodes are arranged radially with the center of microfluidics as the center, and the width of each electrode gradually increases along the radial direction. Whenever applying an alternating current to the electrode array, the electrode array yields alternative current electroosmosis、dielectrophoresis, and travelling wave dielectrophoresis to control the flow of particles to complete different sample preparation.
