技術說明

本發明係以層狀雙氫氧化物催化聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯之聚合反應。催化量之層狀雙氫氧化物可有效縮短聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的聚合時間，並可均勻混入聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯之產品中形成複合材料。與純的聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯相較，含有層狀雙氫氧化物的的複合材料具有更佳的性質如機械性質、線性膨脹係數、阻絕性、熱穩定性及透明度。此外，上述複合材料所含之層狀雙氫氧化物比習知的重金屬觸媒安全，特別是在食品或飲料包裝的應用中。 Disclosed is about layered double hydroxides (LDH) used to catalyze the polymerization of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The LDH of catalyst amount may efficiently reduce the PET polymerization period and further be blended into the PET product to form composites. Compared with the pure PET, the composite including LDH has better properties such as mechanical properties, linear expansion coefficient, barrier, thermal stability, and transparency. In addition, the LDH in the composite is safer than conventional heavy metal catalysts, especially in food or drink packages.
