技術說明

一種摩擦攪拌熔接工作台，包含一測力調整組件、一支撐座組件及一夾具。該測力調整組件具有一基板、一調整桿及一測力計，該調整桿樞設於該基板，該測力計樞設於該調整桿；該支撐座組件具有一固定座及一滑座，該固定座結合該基板，該滑座可滑動的結合該固定座，且連接該測力計；該夾具包含一工作平台及二第一夾持組件，該工作平台結合該滑座，各該第一夾持組件皆具有一第一本體及一第一滾輪組，各該第一本體分別設置於該工作平台相對二側，各該第一本體與該工作平台之間分別具有一變形空間，各該第一滾輪組分別可轉動的設置於各該第一本體相互面對之側邊。 A worktable of the friction stir welding consists of an adjustable assembly to measure the force, a support assembly, and a fixture. This adjustable assembly includes a base plate, an adjustable rod, and a load cell. This adjustable rod pivots on this base plate, and this load cell pivots on the adjustable rod. This support assembly includes a fixed stand and a slide. This fixed stand combines with this base plate, and this slide can unitedly slide on this fixed stand, and connects with this load cell. This fixture includes a work table and two clamping assemblies. This work table combines with this slide, and each clamping assembly possesses a body and a roller set. Each of these bodies is placed on the opposite two sides of this work table, respectively. A deformation space is allowed between each of these bodies and this work table. Each of these roller sets can rotate and locates on the opposite side of these bodies, respectively.
