技術說明

本發明提供一種布基生化檢測裝置及其製作方法，其中布基生化檢測裝置包含一布基基材、一檢測物質以及一膠體。而布基生化檢測裝置製作方法包含以下步驟：(S1)準備一布基基材，該布基基材係為一疏水性布基材料；(S2)利用一電漿處理部分之該疏水性布基材料，以於該布基基材上形成有一親水性區域；(S3)準備一檢測物質，並將該檢測物質設置於該布基基材之該親水性區域上；以及(S4)準備一膠體，並將該膠體包覆該檢測物質。本發明藉由膠體包覆檢測物質，以延長檢測物質的使用期限，且具有製程簡易、成本極低、使用方便並得以同時提供多種生化檢測等優點。 The present invention provides a fabric-base biochemical detecting device and the fabricating method thereof. The device comprises a fabric-base material, a detecting material, and glue. The fabricating method comprises the following steps of: (S1) preparing a fabric-base material, the basic material is a hydrophobic fabric-base material; (S2) applying a plasma to treat part of the hydrophobic fabric-base material for forming a hydrophilic region on the fabric-base material; (S3) preparing a detecting material to be disposed on the hydrophilic region of the fabric-base material; and (S4) preparing glue for covering the detecting material. The present invention can extend the duration of the detecting material by covering the glue on the detecting material, and have the advantages of simplified manufacture procedure, low cost, easy to use, and provided multiple biochemical examinations.
