一種研磨刀具製作方法及其使用之模具,係先進行一模具準備步驟並製作一模具,該模具包含一母模、一心軸及一導電層,該母模具有一模穴及一容置孔,該容置孔連通該模穴,該心軸置於該容置孔中,該心軸一端形成結合端並凸出於該模穴,該導電層係佈設於該模穴的底面,進行一電鑄步驟,於該模穴內之導電層與該結合端上形成一電鑄沉積層,使該電鑄沉積層與該結合端相結合,再進行一脫模步驟,將該心軸及電鑄沉積層由該母模上分離,並得已固定有心軸之一研磨刀具成品。藉此可省去後續之心軸組裝作業,適用於製作微小型研磨刀具。 A fabrication method of grinding wheel with its mold used is proposed. A series of steps are prepared to establish the mold, which includes a female mold, a spindle, and a conductive layer. This female mold has a mold cavity and an accommodation hole, which can be connected with each other. The spindle is inserted into the accommodation hole so that its end protrudes on this mold cavity to form the combined end. This conductive layer is coated on the bottom surface of the mold cavity, so that the composite-deposited layer can be formed on the surface of the conductive layer and the circumferential surface of the combined end in the mold cavity under the electroforming process. The composite-deposited layer is removed from the female mold to obtain a grinding wheel with a spindle. This method can save the process to assemble the spindle into the wheel, and it is suitable for the fabrication of a micro-tool used in grinding process.
